Marchandise reçue rapidement. Cependant, dès le déballage, j’ai constaté qu’un des injecteurs était déjà ouvert dans sa protection.
Lors du montage, mauvaise surprise : cet injecteur ne fonctionnait pas et un deuxième était hors tolérance.
J’ai alors contacté le SAV de DieselFixNeSS, qui m’a gentiment expliqué que c’était à moi de prouver la défaillance de leurs produits. Étant du métier, j’ai pourtant transmis tous les éléments nécessaires : corrections de débit, résistance des injecteurs, etc.
Je pensais que les injecteurs sortant de leur atelier étaient contrôlés et vérifiés avant d’être expédiés au client final. Apparemment, ce n’est pas toujours le cas.
Au vu de cette expérience et de la gestion du SAV, je suis extrêmement déçu. **Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.**

Je suis parfaitement satisfait de ma commande. L’injecteur reçu correspondait exactement au type attendu, réparation immédiate sans besoin de reprogrammer quoique ce soit dans l’ordinateur du véhicule, et disparition des témoins de défaut moteur. Un vari succès. Je pense que l’échange standard de ce type de pièce fait beaucoup de sens. Je recommande sans aucune réserve. Une seule suggestion en fait je n’avais pas vraiment compris que j’allais devoir payer une caution séparément, j’ai même cru à un phishing, mais il n’en est rien et le remboursement de la caution a fonctionné parfaitement. Bravo !
